Our team completed all the bulk excavation, stormwater drainage, subsoil drainage, fencing, irrigation, all the concrete works and finally the the trees and turf. The developer was able to go to one contractor - Landscape Solutions. Almost the size of the SCG, Village Green is maintained by Solutions and the community regularly have client days here. | Brookfield Multiplex had Solutions complete all the external works on their Darling Island project all with a short time frame. Solutions completed the seawall, the asphalt roads and the bluestone kerbs. The seawall was precast concrete, with stainless ferrels and shotblast, each weighing 1.7tonne. We used more than 1000 tonne of asphalt in both AC5 and AC10. The landscaping involved tree pits with Lophostermum Confertus (brush box) using structural soil beneath the roads. |
